Training Manager (PHM Computing, Brussels)
PHM Computing provides software training to companies.
• Manager of a team of 12 instructors (internal training, planning)
• Responsible for the complete IT-infrastructure (120 PC’s): installation of all the software and the network maintenance
• Starting up new divisions in Ghent, Antwerp and Luxemburg
• Technical and commercial support to large accounts

1995 – 1996:
Director (Instruvision SA, Cattenom (FR))
Instruvision was active in the appliance of non-destructive testing methods for refineries, chemical industry and nuclear power plants all over Europe.
• General management, financial and human resources (12 people)
• Commercial support to large accounts
• All contacts with accountants and legal advisors
• Primary task: find and prepare the company for a taking-over by a large industrial group. In spring 1996, Instruvision became a part of the Tractebel – Watco group.

1996 – 1998:
Director (Watco Vision Contrôle, Manage)
Watco Vision Contrôle took over the activities and the full staff of Instruvision
• General management of the department;
• Commercial integration of our activities into Tractebel Group;
• Obtain the CAS 1 of EDF (succeeded in 1997): CAS1 is the top-level contractor ratification for non-destructive testing in nuclear power plants of France.

1998 – now:
Business Manager ( bvba, Ronse)
In June 1998, I decided to create my own consultancy company.
Following assignments have been successfully put into effect:

• IT consultancy and follow-up of hardware and software implementation;
