In brief my management style can be best described as follows:

People find me a motivating and accessible manager. My door is always open and I like to walk around the company, getting a \'feel\' for people and operations; stopping to talk and to listen.
Doing that, I constantly seek ways to simplify processes and reduce expenses.

People think of me as an people minded manager and a team-player. On the other hand I’m not much of a ‘working on a consensus basis’ type of manager.

My communication style is detail-oriented, unambiguous, and free of buzzwords and jargon, setting clear short-term goals. I communicate on a direct, no-nonce’s way demanding employees answers to the five questions: What? Where? How? Why? and When?
People know (and expect) that I closely supervises them in the realisation of their objectives and goals.

I ‘m an ideas person, always asking \"why?\" or \"why not?\" A visionary with dreams, plans and schemes. People see me as an entrepreneurs which generates ideas for new projects
