Responsibility: Ensuring that processes of the Company Quality Management System (QMS) are established and maintained as BS EN ISO 9001:2000. Reporting to President Director/General Manager on the performance of the QMS, including needs for improvement. Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the QMS. Planning, scheduling, implementing and monitoring the Internal Audit at Head Office and Project site to conforms to the requirements of the International Standards. Reviewing the finding of internal/external audit and the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action taken. Investigate quality problems and ensuring timely action and resolution by the Divisional Head, Project Manager and or Departmental Responsible. Reviewing and approving proposed changes, corrective actions and updates made to the QMS as BS EN ISO 9004:2000 standards if any. Makes selection, implementation and evaluation of any statistical that required on the Contract with the Customer regarding the QMS. Promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. Conducting continuously internal training for Tyco Customer Care programme in the new millennium, and any training for Quality such as; internal audit training, understanding-documenting-implementing and maintaining Management System BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

Position: Internal Quality Auditor & Document Controller/Secretary to QA/QC Manager
Company: Tyco/Fire & Security/PT. ODG Wormald Indonesia
Document Controller/Secretarial duties: General office duties, answering correspondence, handling phone calls and arranging the management review meetings (agenda and minutes) and arranging internal training for ISO team. Maintaining and controlling documents of Quality Management System Procedure of ISO 9001.
Internal Quality Auditor duties: Responsible for development of schedule internal quality audit and team, conducting annual Internal Quality Audit for company Quality Management System Procedure (ISO 9001) at the head office & project sites and conducting training. Writing results report of Internal Audit (Head Office & Project Site) to the Quality Management Representative to be reviewed and following up.
