integration of newly acquired production unit in East Germany in existing organization, simultaneously introducing new product technology in the new unit and setting up a marketing & sales organization for this new product range at the international head quarters of parent company in Nuremberg, Germany
- 1990 - 1991 Interim Manager
Reorganizing a medium sized italian company in Torino and selling it off, simultaneously setting up a sales company in the UK on behalf of a french company
- 1981 - 1990 Member of management team:
Internationalizing the business activity of a traditional bigger french company, introducing new product technologies to the company, partly by way of joint ventures

General Manager of small manufacturer with sites in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and Bern, Switzerland. Directly responsable for production as well as marketing & sales
