Work Experience

Als interim HR manager heb ik uitgebreide ervaring met veranderingsprocessen en lean management. Ik heb zojuist drie complexe projecten afgerond in Belgie, Duitsland en de UK in de Automotive Industry, waar de processen zeer kritisch zijn. Op het gebied van Finance heb ik een Financial Shared Service Center opgericht in Almere voor Solectron, waarbij de financiele processen vanuit de diverse landen gestroomlijnd werden. 20 jaar Senior HR ervaring in meer dan tien landen. Zojuist bijgeschoold op het onderwerp "lean management": het vereenvoudigen van processen, zowel in manufacturing als kantoororganisatie. Uitgebreide ervaring met veranderingsprocessen: overnames, acquisities, fusies, outsourcing, herstructurering en sluiting alsmede het opzetten van een nieuwe organisaties (zogennaamde Greenfields). Kan complexe problemen snel analyseren en is gewend voor problemen logische oplossingen te vinden. Hands-on mentaliteit, wil resultaat neerzetten.
