The company has developed a “Balanced scorecard” product, so called Management Cockpit (MC). SAP has acquired the intellectual rights of the products and established the MC as the key front-end for their "SEM" strategic enterprise management initiative .
During my mission the following key activities were performed:
Developed International Business across Europe/ USA / Latin America/ Japan
Negotiated and firmed up contracts with SAP subsidiaries and Origin International (Belgium/ USA/ Japan)
Sold 7 M.C and developed leads for 10 additional M.C ( Petrochemical/ Telecom/ ..)
