RMD is an application to support Risk Managers in the credit risk process of ABN AMRO with the facility to retrieve real-time ‘balances and limits ’, ‘Intraday charts’ and ‘Facility utilization’ through Intranet on most countries where the ABN AMRO Bank is active.
In addition RMD is a workflow tool to support the ‘excess approval request’ process of the different risk management departments worldwide. In an international setting carrying out of the test process with the end result of a fully off shoring (India) of the testing.
The drafting of the teststrategy, test plan, the making of test progress reports, coordination of issuemanagement, test environments, drafting testscripts, carrying out of testing and delivery of functional acceptance test report.

BTS - Balance and Transaction Services (Sep 2002 – Dec 2004)
As a project leader testing and coordinator of roll out responsible of the testing and the roll out of Balance and Transaction Services (BTS) to 31 countries (in Europe and Asia). BTS is an internet application with the aim to opt for real-time 24x7 balance and transaction information on accounts. If requested the client can receive balance and transaction information by email, SMS and/or Fax. Further BTS has a bulletin board functionality to communicate to the client.
