Mission: Drive an industrial redeployment project and reorganise the operations from fully integrated business unit towards focussed factory
Results:
- Management of 300 Full Time Equivalent line moves to Eastern Europe without line stoppages in unionised environment
- Acting plant director of a 800 employees factory
- Support the creation of a European consolidated warehouse and manage the outsourcing of 50 Full Time Equivalent logistics staff
- Creation of new commercial centre and move of Sales, Marketing & Customer Service operations


1997 – 1999 Client: European Payment Services Company

Mission: Define, initiate and lead a re-engineering programme, first in the HR area and afterwards in sales & marketing
Results:
-Redefinition of all main HR processes - upgrade of supporting team – installation of SAP HR
-Initiation and execution of a strategy review process in sales & marketing and execution of resulting reorganisation and process re-engineering program
-Recruitment, selection and introduction of new CFO, COO and Sales & Marketing Director

Mission: Support the start-up of the European subsidiary

-site selection – equipment installation – recruitment of management staff

1994 – 1997: Johnson Controls Plastics
·European Integration Director (1996 – 1997)
-Spokesman of the Johnson Controls Senior Management team during the negotiations to merge this team with the Schmallbach Lubeca staff
-Initiator and project leader of a European “integration” project with following realisation
¨Industrial redeployment : definition of the most appropriate scenario to merge the 7 Johnson Controls plants with the 9 facilities of Schmallbach Lubeca.
¨Business process re-engineering with international and cross-functional teams, mapping business practices of the 2 companies and recommendation of new processes after the merge
