Developed high level presentations and customer value propositions and made successful partner opportunity presentations to Chief Executives of several major European corporations.
Built strong relationships with a number of companies in mobile telephony, retailing and rail transportation.
Negotiated joint-working Solution Design phase with one of Poland’s leading mobile operators for developing a mobile banking facility and other customer value propositions.

Developed initial marketing plan for the launch of Magex, including preliminary brand name work
Interfaced with InterTrust management on sales and marketing initiatives in pursuit of targeted industries.

Responsible for providing marketing support to NatWest owned Comfort financial services operations in Holland, Belgium, Germany and Austria. These subsidiaries serve retailers with own-branded credit and loan products to their customers. Also as Head of Marketing for I.M.S provided a complete marketing communications service including advertising, public relations, sales literature, direct mail, and trade fairs.

Set up in-house marketing services function serving European subsidiaries.
Developed initial marketing proposals for new consumer credit card in Holland
Introduced new sales and marketing disciplines for planning and evaluation of all product marketing and sales initiatives for use by Comfort companies
Developed initial branding proposals for launch of new consumer Bankcard in Holland.
Created and launched “InterStream” brand, NatWest’s global multi-currency processing

Marketing Director (1996-97)
Responsible for marketing and new business development for one of Europe’s leading brand identity agencies.
Produced new brand positioning recommendations and produced new TV station identity for SAT.1, the leading satellite station in Germany, refreshed on-screen branding for ZDF and several other European TV stations and was involved with embryonic on-screen design strategy for Channel 5 TV in UK.

Defined new global marketing strategy for the re-launch of Speedo following Pentland Group acquisition in 1991 involving central product design services with global product sourcing on behalf of licensees
Negotiated new licensing contracts and distributor agreements as part of geographic expansion strategy
Extended Speedo brand into aquatic related sports such as Triathlon, Beach Volleyball and Aquatic Fitness generating new product sales and new royalty revenue streams
