Coordinate the PeopleSoft project as project leader to ensure all HR/Payroll requirements and milestones are met. Help with the automated process, assist with the parallel tests, ensure the system is compliant and all information is included and tested properly as rolled out through Europe.
Keep Finance and HR Departments up to date with changes social security/taxes, all wages and tax requirement for applicable countries and monitor the effect of these changes on the company. Support for European Payroll Manager, as needed including providing supervisory support for selected countries and payroll administrators.
Monitor internal key performance indicators to proactively identify and manage potential payroll issues. All controls are in place and monitored to be compliant with the Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Additionally held accountable to challenge and streamline internal controls.

Working as an interim consultant at client sites where I advise and assist on HR/Payroll system implementation, integration and interfaces with other products but also organisation related matters upon customer request or as part of a long-term project.
My involvement comprises of working independently with the customer toward a deadline and when appropriate use the resources from KCS and client hence working as part of a team. The accountabilities are to provide expertise in integrated HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance (Tijdregistratie) products and assist in areas such as: payroll, remuneration, compensation & benefits, pension, absence, time & labour, international employment law and internal working processes, therefore creating a ‘best practice’ within the Human Resource Management field.

Achieved high customer satisfaction cost reduction and met deadlines. Deployed through workshops, seminars, presentations, including personalised training to staff and management.
