As Sales Group Manager I led a team of 10 professional Key Account Managers (directly) and 20 sales representatives (indirectly). I ran several successful projects such as Demand Planning Accuracy, Promotions Efficiency and Product Profitability. As a member of the management team, I was furthermore jointly responsible for the development of the division strategy.
