· Introduction and deployment of one newsroom system for all of the newsrooms of NOS-Radio and Televisie and 3rd party current affairs programme NOVA (April 1999-June 2002):
Overall management during selection, implementation and deployment. Managing group of project managers. Reaching consensus and commitment for the purchase and implementation of one system; align working methods of several departments; directing external suppliers (tailor made modules).
Achievements: synergy, efficiency and effectiveness.

· Digital Platform (1999-2002) – co-operation between public broadcasters, facility house NOB and National Archive to achieve digitisation of primary production processes:
member of steering committee Digital Platform on behalf of NOS Radio and Television; leadership within setting up RfP’s, selecting potential suppliers, requirements for video and audio.

· Increasing productivity of teletext subtitling (May 2001- July 2002): consultancy and programme management during the introduction of a new system within NOS’ subtitling department. Achievements: increase of production of subtitles by introducing new working methods, digitising video material and studio automation.

· Digital Documentation (1999-2000):
project support in transfer from paper archives to one system for all public broadcasters containing articles from all major news papers and weekly magazines (Digidoc). Reaching consensus between broadcasters with opposing interests.

· Overall co-ordination Year 2000 project for Public Broadcast (1999). Principal on behalf of Board of Directors NOS for realisation of all technical facilities necessary to guarantee continuity of public broadcasts on radio and television.

· Preparations for New building and infrastructure of NOS (1995-2000)
Member of steering committee and several working committees. Setting up RfP’s for technical facilities and infrastructure, IT and building.

· Digitisation Radio (1995)
project management for digitising NOS Radio based on automation tools of Dalet. Achievements: cost reduction on studio’s and editors, audio editing by journalists.

· Set up of automation Radio 1 Journaal (May-September 1995)
Managing the introduction of new working methods and a newsroom system for one new, big department within NOS responsible for all news and current affairs broadcasts on Radio (successful ‘green field’ operation with strict deadline).
