Total development value estimated at S$1,000,000,000.

· Extensive commercial negotiations for the preparation and execution of the sale and purchase agreement, and site development agreement with master developer ( Bintan Resort Management) and Indonesian Authorities.
· Negotiations and day-to-day liaison with major Indonesian financial institution in relation to a S$200 million loan facility.
