Major Achievements: Development of strategy document and presentation to investors in US and Europe.

Role: As interim director save the company from breakdown.
Major Achievements: Create a qualified team. Set up a sound reporting structure. Develop a marketing and sales plan (B2B as well als B2C).Improve planning system to improve occupancy. Select and implement CRM system to support sales team. Negotiate contracts with major clients.
 Manager of Change for Sales and Marketing in the Troostwijk group. Implement common processes and CRM tools for sales operations and account management.

Major Achievements: Align the marketing organization and practices to a sales dominated culture within ING insurance.
This implied organizational changes, rethinking of the go-to-market model and the use of marketing intelligence tools to feed the sales organization.
 Set-up risk management process and select RM tools according to the rules of the Dutch Central Bank for Onderlinge `s-Gravenhage
Role: Strategy Consultant. Lead a team of consultants to develop a operational risk management structure.
Major Achievements: A risk measurement and evaluation tool, a risk management board meeting structure. Support for the organization to develop remediation measures.
 Restructure the department of communication for ING Operations and IT
Role: Strategy Consultant
Major Achievements: Integrate and restructure the communication teams of Netherlands and Belgium.
 Lead a project to guide, audit and help SITA (SUEZ) to become SOX compliant.
Role: Strategy Consultant. Lead a team of consultants to pre-audit IT and financial processes on SOX compliancy
Major Achievements: Manage to get the SITA organization SOX compliant on time. This required extensive remediation measures to be taken and subsequently managers to be ‘seduced’ to take these measures. Additionally The formal auditor (i.e. Ernst & Young) needed to be convinced these measures were sufficient.
 Support the ING Chief-Economist initiate a global organisation of economists
Role: Strategy Consultant.
Major Achievements: Initiate a truly international team of economists. This required international alignment of communication in the media, specialization of expertise, organization structure, installing an international management team and meeting structure.
 Manage the transition of ING Corporate Communication and Affairs
Role: Interim Manager
Major Achievements: An overall structure and management team for this varied organization entity. New targets for the team. The aims were to improve performance whilst reducing required management attention. I led the transition team which became the next management team.
 Program manager for the restructuring production sites of the division of Resins of DSM.
Role: Program Manager.
Major Achievements: A new structure, processes and systems based on Manufex. Reduced overhead and improved quality at the same time. Alignment of employees and management of the organization.
 Program director of the restructuring of the sales department of RVS Insurance.
Major Achievements: Lead a transition program within the company with sales managers, consultants and project managers. A new education and qualification model. Sales and support processes. Systems which integrated field sales with internal systems and processes.

 Lead a project for European integration of IT services and infrastructure for Canon Europe
 Redevelop an IT strategy and organisation for Volkswagen Brussels
 Design an outline of the interface of the ABNAMRO international payment system with local subsidiaries
