• European Distribution Center PartyLite, Tilburg (NL). Training and coaching the top and operational management in management skills and managing productivity and efficiency by giving them one-to-one training sessions on the work floor.

• Acer Computers BV, Den Bosch / Tilburg (NL), interim duties.
o Order Manager. Responsible for the process of buying parts up through delivering the final product to the customer;
o Production Supervisor. Responsible for an assembly plant with 170 employees managed by 5 Assistant Supervisors;
