Investment Director
- Responsible for originating growth capital transactions in Switzerland.
- As part of international deal team responsible for commercial assessment, valuation, financial and
business planning for largest ever potential minority investment of 3i (retail transaction with an EV of
CHF 1.4bn - equity investment of CHF 240m).
- Originated and worked on several large transactions (EV > 150m) in Switzerland and supported
investment process regarding several German companies out of 3i’s Frankfurt office.

Senior Engagement Manager
- Conducted financial and operational due diligence (buy side) and determined the enterprise
value of several companies for a group of private investors which resulted in the purchase of a Swiss
based industrials group.
- Worked on more than a dozen M&A sell-side mandates and lead the majority of the
transactions as project manager (various industries, transaction volume from CHF 5m to CHF 250m EV).
- Lead several turnaround mandates as project manager. For example: Swiss consumer goods company,
sales CHF 90m. Bottom line improvements of over CHF 13m achieved (parent quoted).
- Lead several strategic initiatives for medium & large sized companies (portfolio decisions, acquisition
strategy, strategy development, merger strategies, post merger integration, etc.).
- Interim Management for quoted biotech company (post merger integration and new product launch)

- Sourced catering and distribution services (baseline>CHF 30m) achieving savings of 20% and 25%
respectively, at top-tier Benelux Bank. Negotiated multi-million Dollar contracts with more than 20
