• Oversaw an average of 130-150 development projects.
• Achieved double-digit sales growth after 2001 downturn.
• Drove price increase & cost reduction initiatives. Enhanced margin by 10% toping 25% corporate average.
• Modified engagement and signed major IDM deal involving bump for business on a new 12 “ bump FAB.
