She is hired as Senior Consultant and is currently working on an implementation project at one of our big customers. She provides trainings, organizes workshops, and customizes SAP R3 4.7 Finance.

01.01.05 till 31.03.06 Behringer Spezielle Studiotechnik

Behringer is an international manufacturing company designing, manufacturing and selling DJ Equipment.

She was hired originally as Senior Business Analyst to support the Business Operations Team with implementing Axapta. After 4 month she became lead of the department business operations and project manager for the Axapta project. Aim of the project was to replace the former ERP – System Exact with Microsoft Axapta in two legal entities within 5 months. The project team, to replace the modules finance, sales and logistics, were 45 internal people from Germany and Singapore. The programming was done in Singapore and all processes were reconciled with the headquarter in Singapore and the entity in the US.

Furthermore the following systems were implemented in responsibility of she: an EDI – System, the purchasing software Toffi, a Singapore developed HR System and measurable process improvement like turnaround times in stock, etc.

01.09.03 till 31.12.04 C-N-D Training

C-N-D Training is a small local consulting agency for medium sized companies.

Here was he responsible to support start up and medium sales companies in building their administration and accounting according to German law and compliance. She implemented Software solutions like Datev, Lexware, Addison and Quicken. She provided trainings, facilitated workshops and optimized existing processes.

01.07.03 till 31.08.03 Universitaetsklinikum Aachen

The Universitaetsklinikum is one of the 5 training academic hospitals in Nordrhein-Westfalen.

Because the internal project manager was tied up to another project dhe was hired as interim manager to set up the project structure and started the process analysis for the financial administration

01.07.01 till 30.06.03 Techdata

Techdata is one of the biggest retailer of hard- and software worldwide.

The aim of the project was the migration of R2 to R3 with worldwide harmonized ‘best practice’ processes in one common chart of accounts which should be maintained centrally from Germany.

She as European Business Analyst was together with 3 Subject Matter Experts responsible for collecting the ‘best practice’ processes, writing of the blueprints and the sign off by the international user boards via Workshops and Web - Casts.

The gap analysis in Germany, UK, Denmark, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland was done by she. During this analysis she supported additionally some change management activities and provided trainings and workshops.

Together with colleagues from the other streams (SD, MM, DRM, LO) she coordinated the cross module/stream processes.

Due to of a shortage of customizers she took over the customizing of accounts receivable, credit management and accounts payable. Furthermore she designed the authorization concept for the finance module.
The roll – out and after go – live support in Germany, UK, Netherland, Denmark and Poland was also supported by she.

As deputy stream lead for the FI Team she coordinated 15 internal employees and 5 external consultants.

Teccom is a subsidiary company of Siemens Business Services and developed a B2B platform especially for the automotive after marked.

Here she supported international customers with implementing this platform on customer’s side.

01.03.99 till 31.12.00 Debis Systemhaus GmbH

Debis Systemhaus is a national provider of consulting services.

She was contracted for the implementation of the software tool ‘+RAS’. A tool to process travel expenses. Before the system was implemented she reviewed and optimized the processes according to German law and compliance and wrote specifications and documentations.

Because the first project was such a big success the project management of a workflow project was transferred to she. Aim of this project was to optimize and standardize the workflow of incoming invoices. The invoices should be scanned in the headquarter, send via a predefined workflow to the responsible employee in a subsidiary, get a sign off from the employee and a sign off from the manager and should be posted to SAP via a direct interface. The processes regarding the invoice verification were collected by she in all subsidiaries and she wrote a functional specification. This Specification was used by the programmers to program the internet solution which was tested in an iterative process by she. The trainings were given by her and also the implementation and roll – out plan. Next to her project role she was deputy team lead finance and SAP Key User.

01.08.96 till 28.03.99 Verelst Stahl- und Hochbau GmbH

Verelst Stahl- und Hochbau GmbH is an international construction company with subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Poland

She took back the accounting from the external Accountant and implemented therefore the Accounting program Exact.
She was responsible for the accounting of the German subsidiary, administrative management of the car pool, insurances, custom declarations and secretary for the CEO and the construction leaders.
