Having gone through several phases of both stunning development and substantial corporate restructuring over the past 10 years, I consider myself to be an experienced and seasoned HR Generalist with a strong operational and Change Management background, having gained broad experience in multi-national, fast-paced companies.

My main areas of activity have been setting up and later developing the HR function into a matrix-oriented & Service Center based set-ups within quickly changing legal and technical environment. Also, implementing proper HR development (Perf. Mgt. etc.) as well as proper IT tools, fostering the productivity and service range of HR and boosting customer friendlyness and outsourceability of (parts of) the business.
